Connecting your tenant ChangePilot data to the ChangePilot Dashboards

After installing the ChangePilot Dashboard app pack (Power BI App) you will be required to enter connection parameters to connect your data. These are the Site URL and List ID for your ChangeTracker list.

This is a legacy article relating to 'ChangePilot Pro', the ChangePilot App versions 2.2 or older and SharePoint List powered instances.
  1. After installing the ChangePilot Dashboard app pack (Power BI App) from App Source, you will be required to enter connection parameters to connect your SharePoint/Microsoft List data:
    • Site URL: this is the URL of the SharePoint site where your ChangeTracker list is located. Typically it will be in the format https://abcltd.sharepoint.com/sites/ChangePilot
    • List ID: this the alpha-numeric string collected as part of your ChangePilot deployment. Contact your Customer Success contact if you want to check what this is.
  2. Once parameters have been completed, click Next. At this stage, your credentials for the data source will be checked. We are using OAuth2 to connect to your list. Click Sign in and Connect to complete the process. Log in with your credentials that have access to the Message Center SharePoint List (ChangeTracker).
