How do I change the ChangePilot Dashboards refresh rate?

On install, the ChangePilot Dashboards (Power BI) will refresh every 24 hours. It's possible to increase the automatic refresh frequency via the data source settings.

Once the ChangePilot Dashboards have been installed in your environment via App Source, you will find that the data source and visuals update once every 24 hours. You may prefer a more 'real time' view of your change health, and want to increase the frequency of this automatic refresh.

  1. Navigate to PowerBI.com and locate the Workspace where the App has been deployed.
  2. Hover over the data source and click the ellipsis (three dots). Select 'Settings'.
  3. Expand the 'Refresh' section. Click 'Add another time' and enter the required refresh times. You can have up to 8 refreshes a day. In the example below I have configered a refresh for 4AM and 4 PM. Don't forget to click 'Apply' once you have configured your times.
