How do I find our ChangePilot App (Power App) ID?

In order to enable the View in App button in ChangePilot Teams posts, the ChangePilot Team require a unique ID for your App instance.

During your on-boarding deployment process you will be asked which buttons you would like to appear on every Message Center Teams post/adaptive card. The available buttons are:

  • View in MC: open the Message Center item in the Microsoft Admin Center (requires an Administrator account/access).
  • View in App: open the ChangePilot App (Power App) with the Message Center item in view. Allows for status change.
  • View in List: open the Message Center item in a browser, within the ChangeTracker SharePoint/Microsoft List. Allows for status change.
  • View in Portal: open the Message Center item in the ChangePilot Portal (opens in browser).
  • Video: view the section/chapter mark of the monthly Change Call where the Message Center item is discussed.

To enable the View in MC button, the ChangePilot Team require a unique ID for your App instance. To find this ID:

  1. Navigate https://make.powerapps.com/ and sign in. Locate your ChangePilot App Power App and, via the ellipses, click Details > Details.

  2. Copy the weblink value and send to your Customer Success contact for ChangePilot. We will then undertake the required configuration and let you know once complete.
