How do I remove my ChangePilot Portal account?

Contact the ChangePilot Team to deactivate your ChangePilot and/or ChangePilot Portal account, and remove all associated data.

If you no longer wish to use the ChangePilot Portal, you can request to deactivate and delete your account. This process also ensures removal of all associated data and configurations, including any integrations with your Microsoft 365 tenant.

How to delete your ChangePilot account

To begin, please contact the ChangePilot Team through one of the following methods:

Our team will guide you through the steps and confirm your identity before initiating account removal. Once confirmed, we will:

  • Permanently delete your ChangePilot Portal account and all related user data
  • This will mean you will lose access the the ChangePilot Portal, lose access to the monthly Change Call, and no long receive weekly/monthly ChangePilot emails
  • Remove any connected M365 tenant configurations and permissions if applicable

This process is irreversible—once deleted, your account and its data cannot be restored.

Optional: Unsubscribe from ChangePilot communications

If you’d also like to stop receiving ChangePilot communications, please let the team know when you request account deletion. If you are subscribed to ChangePilot Bulletin, you can continue to receive this if requested.
