How do I set and/or change my ChangePilot Lite email preferences?
The ChangePilot email is configurable to include/exclude any combination of Service Categories, M365 Roadmap preferences and Impact scores. Email frequency can be changed from weekly to monthly. These preferences can be set or changed via completion of a form.
Being a ChangePilot Lite user grants access to a monthly email detailing recent Microsoft 365 updates and changes.
This email is configurable to include or exclude:
- Microsoft 365 Roadmap items
- Microsoft 365 Message Center items based on their Service Category
- Items based on their impact on IT administrators or end users
With tenant connection enabled, this email only includes items that have been received by your organisation's tenant Message Center.
