How to add an item status value

Add new item status value

1. Go to make.powerapps.com and ensure you are in the same environment as the ChangePilot solution.
   

2. Open your unmanaged Configuration Solution and select the object pane from the left hand side.

3. Click 'Add Existing' and choose More > Choice. Select the Item Status Choices then click 'Add'.

4. Click on Item Status Choices, you will then see the Edit Choice pane on the right.
5. Click New Choice
   1. Populate the label field with the name of your new status.
   2. Click the colour picker directly to the left of the label field, to select a corresponding colour if you wish.
   3. Click the 6 dots to the left of the colour picker to drag and drop your status into the order you wish.
   4. Click Save.
6. Now click Publish all customizations.

The new status will now be available within the ChangePilot App. If you need to amend the label, colour or position in the future, please ensure to publish after the change for it to commit the changes and show within the app.
