What is the ChangePilot Standard Feed?
It is possible to use ChangePilot without connecting to your Microsoft 365 tenant and utilising a non-tenant-specific 'standard feed' instead.
ChangePilot Portal provides a visualisation and filterable view of M365 Message Center messages.
By connecting ChangePilot to your tenant, you will see a specific feed of Microsoft 365 Message Centre messages for your environment. This will tailor the feed and messages received based on licensing and utilisation, and also surface tenant-specific notices such as warnings and policy updates. The contents of your ChangePilot Email will also be for your tenant.
Use ChangePilot with connecting your tenant via the ChangePilot Standard Feed
It is possible to use ChangePilot without connecting your tenant, but you will receive a standard feed of all M365 Message Centre messages received by a typical tenant. This means you may see items and messages about Microsoft 365 products and services that you do not have licenses for, or use in your environment. However, by using filters in Portal, and setting your ChangePilot Email preferences, you have the flexibility to only review messages most relevant to you.
