My ChangePilot App (Power App) isn't displaying the latest Message Center items.

Increase the data row limit or deploy an auto-archive Power Automate to maintain performance of the ChangePilot App.

This article is relevant for ChangePilot Pro users only.

If your ChangePilot App has stopped displaying the most recent Message Center items, but you can see them in Teams channels and/or your ChangeTracker SharePoint List, you may have reached the Power App item row limit.

There are two solutions for this:

  1. Increasing the Power App row limit from 1,000 to 2,000. See: How do I increase the data row limit for the ChangePilot App (Power App)?
  2. Install a Power Automate to auto-archive historic and closed Message Center items from your ChangeTracker list to support the running of the ChangePilot App. See: Creating an archive SharePoint List for ChangeTracker to auto-archive Message Center items.
