Notification Health Dashboard
How your Message Center items and their actions are tracking, by product category, with a PDF report you can share.
The Notification Health Dashboard shows how well your organisation is keeping on top of Message Center items. It covers how many items are open or closed, which open items have actions, and which have actions that are overdue, by product category.
To open it, select Notification Health Dashboard under Dashboards & Reports in the ChangePilot App's left-hand menu.
Choosing product categories
Use the drop-down under the title to choose which product categories the page covers. Each category shows its number of items. Select all chooses every category, and Clear removes them all. Every figure, chart and list on the page follows your choice. ChangePilot remembers it while you move around the app.
Counters across the top

| Items with overdue actions | Open items with at least one incomplete action whose due date has passed. |
Select a counter to list its items at the bottom of the page. Each item counts once, however many actions it has.
Share by product category
Two pies show how the open items, and the closed items, are split across the chosen categories. Use All time, Year or Month to choose the period, by the date Microsoft added the item. It starts on the current year.
By product category
A table with a row for each category: open items, closed items, items with open actions and items with overdue actions, with a Total row.
- Select a category name to show only that category. Show all brings the others back.
- Select an overdue number to list those items.
Open vs closed by month
A chart of open and closed items by the month Microsoft added them, up to this month (marked with a dashed line). Show monthly figures shows the numbers as a table.
Item lists
The list opened by a counter or an overdue number shows each item's MCID, title, category, owner and status, plus:
- for items with open actions, the open action names and the next due date (soonest first);
- for items with overdue actions, the overdue action names and the oldest due date (most overdue first).
Ten items are visible at a time; scroll inside the list to see the rest. Select an MCID to open the item, and Hide list to close the list.
Create report
Create report downloads a PDF of the page for the chosen categories: the counters, the share pies, the category table and the monthly chart, with your company logo (or the ChangePilot logo, if your logo's host doesn't allow it to be copied). The item lists aren't included.
Good to know
- The page shows the items and actions you have access to in ChangePilot.
- An action is open until it's marked Completed. It's overdue once its due date is before today.
- Figures are worked out when the page opens. If items or actions have been updated since, select Refresh.
- Your company logo comes from the Company Logo setting. See Landing Page for how to set it.
