ChangePilot provides Microsoft 365 Service Owners with visibility and understanding of the continuous roadmap and changes in Microsoft 365. ChangePilot collates all Roadmap and Message Center items, after which our expert team summarise and categorise them.
ChangePilot users benefit from an email each month containing a tailored list of Microsoft 365 and Roadmap items. Included in each email is:
- Welcome message from the ChangePilot Team
- A numerical count of Message Center and Roadmap items since the last email
- This count is then broken down by Service Category to illustrate how many items within each product/service area contained in the email
- Message Center items, grouped by Service Category, groups sorted alphabetically. Each item includes:
- MCID
- Service Category
- Affected services
- Title
- Deployment start and end dates
- Admin Impact score
- User Impact score
- Five-bullet ChangePilot summary of the item
- Button to view the item within the ChangePilot Portal
- Button to jump to the MCID chapter mark of the monthly change call recording for that item (where available)
- Roadmap items, grouped by Service Category, groups sorted alphabetically. Each item includes:
- Service Category
- Affected Services
- Roadmap item title
- Rollout stage
- Preview Available (Yes/No)
- Platform(s)
- Rollout start
- Roadmap item detail
- Button to view the item within Microsoft's public Roadmap
How can I tailor the contents of my ChangePilot monthly email?
To set or update your email preferences, visit this form. If you are updating your preferences, use the same email you currently receive monthly emails to.
For each Service Category you can individually choose any combination of:
- Include Roadmap (Yes/No)
- Admin Impact scores (High, Medium, Low)
- User Impact scores (High, Medium, Low)
