Step 3 — Changes Pushed to Your Tenant

The enriched change is pushed to a Microsoft Dataverse instance on your tenant. From there it can be automatically created as a change request in Service Now — categorised, summarised and ready for review. Or Items can be selectively reviewed in the ChangePilot app and pushed to ServiceNow where change is required.
