Oct 27, 2026 · Last Updated: Nov 04, 2026

1. About these terms

1.1 These terms govern your use of empowering.cloud and changepilot.cloud, including their subdomains and pages (together, the "Websites"). By using the Websites you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Websites.

1.2 The Websites are operated by Empowering.Cloud Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13789379, with its registered office at [78 York Street, London, W1H 1DP]. VAT number: 403 8607 11. Contact: hello@empowering.cloud.

1.3 These terms do not cover the ChangePilot application at app.changepilot.cloud, the ChangePilot API, MCP endpoint, or email alerts and digests. Those are governed by the ChangePilot Terms of Service. If you also have a signed contract with us, that contract takes priority over these terms for the services it covers.

1.4 These terms should be read with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice (clause 8).

2. Using the Websites

2.1 The Websites are intended for business and professional users. They are free to access, but we do not guarantee they will always be available or uninterrupted.

2.2 We may update, change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Websites at any time, without notice.

2.3 Where you register for anything on the Websites (such as a newsletter, webinar, event or community feature), you must give accurate information and keep any login details secure. We may close a registration that we reasonably believe breaches these terms.

3. Our content and intellectual property

3.1 We, or our licensors, own all intellectual property rights in the Websites and their content, including articles, videos, podcasts, summaries, commentary, graphics, logos and the Empowering.Cloud and ChangePilot names and brands.

3.2 You may view, download and print content for your own personal or internal business use, and share links to it. You may not republish, sell, license or otherwise commercially exploit our content, or remove any copyright or attribution notices, without our written permission.

3.3 Material owned by Microsoft or other third parties (such as Microsoft 365 Message Center and Roadmap information, and product names and logos) belongs to its owners. We make no claim to it.

3.4 Content produced with or for sponsors and partners remains subject to this clause unless it says otherwise.

4. Information only

4.1 Content on the Websites is general information and professional opinion, based on information available at the time it was written. It is not advice on your specific circumstances, and you should not rely on it as such.

4.2 Microsoft and other vendors frequently change their products, dates and features. We do not guarantee that content on the Websites is complete, accurate or up to date. You remain responsible for your own technical and business decisions.

4.3 Views expressed by guest contributors, community members, speakers or sponsors are their own and not necessarily ours.

5. Acceptable use

5.1 You must not:

  • use the Websites unlawfully, fraudulently or in breach of anyone's rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Websites, our systems or other users' accounts, or probe, scan or test them for vulnerabilities (see clause 5.3);
  • introduce viruses or other harmful material, or interfere with the Websites' operation;
  • use automated tools to scrape, copy or extract content from the Websites in bulk, including to build a competing product or to train or improve AI models, without our written permission;
  • impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection with us.

5.2 If you post or submit content to the Websites (for example a comment, question or community post), you confirm it is accurate where it states facts, lawful, and not offensive or misleading. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and remove it in connection with the Websites. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

5.3 If you find a security vulnerability, report it to security@empowering.cloud. Do not exploit it, access others' data or disclose it publicly. We will not take action against good-faith research that follows this clause.

6. Third-party content, embedded services and links

6.1 Parts of the Websites are provided through or display content from third-party services, such as embedded widgets and feeds (for example Elfsight), video and podcast players, forms, scheduling and event platforms, and social media. These services are operated by their providers, not by us.

6.2 When you use or interact with an embedded service, the provider's own terms and privacy policy may also apply. Some embedded services may collect information about you or set cookies, as described in our Cookie Notice.

6.3 We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy or practices of third-party services or websites we link to or embed. Links and embeds are provided for convenience and do not mean we endorse the provider.

7. Webinars, events and sponsored content

7.1 Our webinars and events may be hosted on third-party platforms such as Microsoft Teams. The platform provider's terms also apply to your use of that platform.

7.2 Some webinars, events and content are sponsored. Sponsored content is clearly identified. Where a webinar or event is sponsored, the registration page will tell you before you register whether your registration details will be shared with the sponsor, and how. Our Privacy Notice explains this in more detail.

7.3 We may change, reschedule or cancel webinars and events, or change speakers, at any time. Recordings may be published on the Websites and our other channels.

8. Privacy and cookies

8.1 Our [Privacy Notice] explains how we collect and use personal data across the Websites, webinars and events, and ChangePilot. Our [Cookie Notice] explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Websites, including by embedded third-party services, and how to manage your choices.

9. Our liability

9.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If you are using the Websites as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9.2 The Websites and their content are provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and conditions, express or implied.

9.3 We are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill or anticipated savings, loss or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Websites or their content, or from any third-party service or website.

9.4 Subject to clause 9.1, our total liability to you arising from the Websites, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will not exceed £[100].

9.5 You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of clause 5.

10. General

10.1 We may update these terms at any time by publishing a new version on the Websites. The version in force when you use the Websites applies.

10.2 If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.

10.3 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

10.4 Questions about these terms: support@empowering.cloud.
