ChangePilot Enterprise · runs in your Microsoft environment

Give Microsoft 365 change a working process.

ChangePilot Enterprise turns every Message Center and Roadmap item into something your team can own: posted to channels in Microsoft Teams, managed through statuses in a dedicated app, and reported on dashboards. Deployed into your tenant, with your data boundary.

From $2,600 per month, per organisation (USD). Three connected tenants included.

The problem Enterprise solves

Knowing about a change is not the same as owning it

Who is looking at this?

Message Center posts usually land with one admin. The people who need to assess, communicate or test the change never see it, or see it too late.

Where are we with it?

Spreadsheets and email threads struggle to show which changes are assessed, which are waiting on someone, and which are about to roll out untouched.

Can we show our work?

Audit, compliance and service reviews ask what was decided and when. Without a record, the answer is a search through old messages.

How it works

Four parts, one process, inside Microsoft 365

1 · A ChangePilot team in Microsoft Teams

Every new and updated Message Center item is posted to a service-centric channel (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, security and so on) with the ChangePilot summary and impact ratings. Turn on channel notifications for the services you own; react, comment and act on the post with colleagues.

Your tenant's own Message Center feed is mirrored through read-only access to the Message Center API, so the channels show your organisation's changes, not a generic list.

2 · The ChangePilot app for managing each change

A single place to work through new and upcoming items. Filter by administrator and user impact, affected products, tags and release date. Assign items to people, add notes and move each change through statuses to completion. Quick-tag and filter buttons speed up triage for the services your team covers.

  • Assignment, overdue reminders and escalation rules
  • Multiple actions per item and workflows
  • Comments and @mentions; audit trail of assessments and decisions

3 · Dashboards and reports

Interactive dashboards show how many items sit at each stage, which Microsoft products are most affected and where work is overdue. A Change Health Score summarises the state of your change process; automated status reports keep stakeholders informed without a meeting. Extend with Power BI, Gantt views and custom reporting.

4 · Portal, email updates and the Change Call

Everyone in the organisation gets the ChangePilot portal, including people without Message Center admin rights, with weekly or monthly email updates for the products they choose. The monthly Change Call walks through each Microsoft 365 change in detail; recordings are chapter-marked at every item and linked from Teams posts and the app.

Questions

ChangePilot Enterprise, answered

Does ChangePilot Enterprise run entirely in our tenant?

The workflow does; the change intelligence comes from the ChangePilot service. Teams, the app, Dataverse data and your reports live in your Microsoft environment. Collection and expert review of Microsoft's announcements happen in the ChangePilot cloud service and are delivered into your tenant.

What access does ChangePilot need?

Read-only access to your tenant's Message Center API, plus the permissions to install the Teams app and Power App. The exact permissions, roles and any Microsoft licence requirements are documented and confirmed with you before deployment.

Who can use it?

Everyone in your organisation. Product and service owners work in Teams and the app; colleagues without Message Center admin rights use the portal and email updates. Three connected tenants are included; additional tenants are subject to extra cost.

Which integrations are included?

ServiceNow, Jira and Azure DevOps integrations, Teams channel notifications, Microsoft Planner, the API and Service Health monitoring. Each is scoped with you during onboarding; see the Features & Plans comparison for the full list.

How is Enterprise set up and supported?

With a customer success manager and team training. Onboarding covers deployment, the first channels and statuses, and training for owners. Email support and a service-level agreement are included; ask about trials and proof-of-concept scope in your demo.
